Warehouse Coordinator

For this position you are responsible for, among other things, the administration of the purchase and sale of items, tools and materials; the orders placed by your colleagues on the projects; invoicing and checking incoming invoices. You also provide status updates regarding the work and goods to be delivered. You are responsible for the internal online ordering module and ensure that it remains up to date

In addition, you work closely with the workshop manager and ensure that all materials and resources needed to carry out repairs to our equipment are available.

You have contact with customers and suppliers and with colleagues on the projects. You are part of a team of approximately 6 people. You work closely with the warehouse employees and workshop technicians. For this position we are looking for someone who is available 32 to 40 hours per week.
