DACH-REGION, Germany 40 hour
Love a challenge, but not safety risks? Do you manage complex demolition projects and ensure smooth and safe operations from planning through execution? Then we should get to know each other!
You are responsible for industrial demolition and dismantling projects. Together with your work planner and the project management team, you decide on-site on the most efficient and safest approach. You prepare work and safety plans and coordinate personnel and machinery. If permits are required for a project, you are the one who obtains them. For the client, you are the primary point of contact for operational execution.
As a site manager, you are the first to arrive on site in the morning. You prepare the workday, ensure clear processes, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You coordinate the work, lend a hand when needed, and ensure that all dismantled materials are handled and disposed of properly in accordance with applicable regulations.
Compliance with all safety regulations is your top priority—both for your own employees and for suppliers and subcontractors. You conduct briefings and toolbox meetings, identify hazards at an early stage, and regularly raise awareness within your team about potential risks.
In addition, you are responsible for time tracking and machinery billing, carry out checks and inspections according to the work plan, and report weekly to the project management team.
You also actively support project management in acquiring new projects as well as in preparing bids and cost calculations. If you identify further project potential, you coordinate directly with the commercial department.
The main focus of the role is within the DACH region, particularly in Bavaria and Austria. Depending on the project, assignments in other regions of Germany are also possible.
