Become part of a strong team and take responsibility for exciting and challenging demolition and dismantling projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee your projects from the initial inquiry through to successful completion, ensuring that processes run smoothly, all stakeholders are informed, and projects are executed safely, economically, and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include handling incoming client inquiries and preparing offers based on solid cost calculations. Once a project is awarded, you take full responsibility for project preparation: you create all necessary documentation such as risk assessments, dismantling concepts, and BG notifications, and coordinate the approach together with work preparation and site management. You ensure that all safety, health, and environmental regulations are met.
During project execution, you lead and coordinate the teams on site, structure workflows, and, in close cooperation with site managers, plan the deployment of personnel and equipment. You handle material orders, coordinate with dispatch and planning, and, together with waste management, commission the necessary certified disposal companies. You also conduct kick-off and toolbox meetings and ensure thorough project administration. You maintain a clear overview of project progress, as well as all costs and budgets at all times.
In addition to technical and organizational management, you also take on commercial responsibility. You manage contractual procurement, handle variations (additional and reduced services), and maintain close communication with our clients.
If you identify potential for new projects, you pass this on to the commercial department.
