The hospital has several major renovations planned and would like to carry them out with DDM.
We have already started with the first part. This concerns the removal of asbestos-containing fire-retardant cladding around the structure and various demolition work.
In the first phase, 13 remediations will take place. Everything must be delivered in a shell. The difficulty of the project is that the hospital is fully operational and we are literally working next to the surgeons and patients. Hygiene, order, cleanliness, noise reduction measures and dust reduction are an absolute necessity here. Working in a working hospital makes it special and a specialty.
