This job is very diverse within DDM, ranging from social matters where interaction with colleagues is very important, to accurately recording various information flows.

This position makes it possible to maintain a good balance between work and free time, as it is a part-time position (every day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m./3 p.m.). So are you a problem solver with an eye for detail and can respond quickly and adequately to changing circumstances? Then this position is for you!


  • Are able to draw up contracts with subcontractors/self-employed persons
  • Are able to plan training for our staff
  • Are able to create purchase orders
  • Can book and process hours
  • Takes care of planning administration
  • Registers personnel with clients
  • You are proactive and can work independently, but you are also a team player
  • Has good communication skills
  • Are familiar with Microsoft programs.
