Sachbearbeiter Buchaltung m/w/d

Your future responsibilities:

You will share responsibility for our accounts payable and receivable and will take on the following tasks, among others:

• Reviewing and recording supplier invoices and incoming invoices
• Processing credit card statements
• Assisting in the creation of our outgoing invoices
• Handling payment transactions

Additionally, you will support us with the following tasks:

• Reviewing and booking scrap credit notes
• Assisting with audits
• Checking travel expense reports
• Recording and booking working hours
• Performing general administrative tasks

 What we expect from you:

• A commercial education and solid experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of management systems such as Exact, Synergy, and Sumatra is an advantage
• A strong understanding of numbers and processes
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Team-oriented mindset and actions
• Responsibility, reliability, and discretion
• Experience in project management, ideally in the construction industry, is a plus
